Meet the Team
Director / Clinical Psychologist
Zoe is a Clinical Psychologist with experience working with clients who are facing an array of different challenges. She has experience working in public, private, and academic settings, and is currently working on a child protection research project. Zoe has provided expert testimony on a range of cases, including child protection, and sexual/violence risk. In addition to a passion for working with young people, Zoe has spent many years working in forensic settings, behaviour support, and is dedicated to working with families affected by substance use.
Vinita is experienced in working with individuals across the lifespan. She has a particular interest in working with self-confidence, social skills, mood disturbances, drug and alcohol concerns, and grief and loss. Vinita practices with an eclectic mix of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
Vinita is passionate about working in a compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgmental manner with her clients in order to best achieve their treatment goals and to access a more fulfilling life that aligns with their values. Her eclectic mix of therapeutic approaches provides a tailored experience for each of her client
Neia is a Social Worker with a wealth of experience working with people who have a disability. She has certifications in positive behaviour support and has worked with people who have a disability for 10+ years.
Dr Adina Piovesana
Adina has extensive experience with psychological assessment, both in an academic and private setting. Adina provides a range of cognitive, educational, and neuropsychological assessment services to children and adults.
Janina is a clinically trained psychologist. Janina has experience across the lifespan with a range of presentations. She practices using therapeutic modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, and Behaviour Therapy. Janina has a special interest in working with individuals experiencing chronic pain.
Psychologist | Neuropsychology Registrar
Veronica has experience with a range of cognitive assessments, such as intellectual, academic/learning and full neuropsychological assessments with adults and children. She also has experience working with children on NDIS programs and has a interest in trauma informed therapy and attachment. She uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectic Behavioural Therapy when working with clients to provide tailored experience for each client.
A registered psychologist Victoria is experienced at providing support to individuals across the lifespan. She has specific experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Victoria is also adept at providing parent coaching and is a registered NDIS practitioner and Behaviour Support Practitioner.
Victoria possesses extensive experience in the disability sector. She has also previously provided treatment to veteran populations using trauma informed care.
Victoria’s therapeutic philosophy utilise her warmth and curiosity as a practitioner to highlight her client’s autonomy and awareness, empowering them to develop new skills and improve their quality of life. Victoria appreciates therapy as a flexible and holistic process, dependent upon the changing needs of her client.
Behaviour Support Clinician
David is a behaviour support clinician with experience working with children and adults who have a disability, and displaying challenging behaviour. He is passionate about supporting carers and service providers to implement behaviour support plans, to increase quality of life for people living with a disability. David is also a provisional psychologist who works from a CBT framework with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, and other presentations.
Jonnemei (Yana-May) is a provisional psychologist who likes to use her enthusiasm and curiosity to help clients reach their goals and guide them through challenging times in their lives. She aims to provide support by being open and honest while using an evidence based approach to improve skills and functioning.
Jonnemei has experience working with individuals and groups with a wide range of problems in the Netherlands, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, social skills, and emotion regulation. She also has a special interest in psycho-diagnostic testing and assessment – stemming from her research background.

Daniel is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience working in mental health settings, including providing treatment within public and private hospitals, schools, community services, and private practice. He has also been involved in overseeing the development of mental health training within Queensland Health for front-line mental health workers. Daniel has also contributed to the development of mental health policy and procedures within Queensland Health.
Daniel works across the lifespan and has experience working with children, teens, and adults. He has experience working with anxiety, depression, ASD, ADHD, trauma, and other behavioural concerns. He applies a flexible approach to therapy that aims to best suit the needs of those he works with.
Behaviour Support Clinician
Nick is a Behaviour Support Clinician, who is passionate about supporting and advocating for people living with a disability. Nick has over a decade’s experience working with people who have a disability, supporting their practical, emotional, and behavioural needs. Nick’s areas of interest include challenging behaviour, developmental disorders, autism, and non-verbal presentations. He has further interests in the impact of social isolation, AOD use, and working with populations including rural, LBGTQ, and Indigenous people.
Behaviour Support Clinician
Kim is a Behaviour Support Clinician, with over 20 year’s experience working with people living with a disability. Kim has experience ranging from functional assessment, writing behaviour support plans, training carers and staff, advocating for the rights of people who have a disability, and policy development.
Pierre is an Occuaptional Therapist, who enjoys working with adults and children. Pierre conducts assessment and provides therapeutic intervention, an has an interest in working with people who are living with a disability.
Behaviour Support Clinician | Social Worker
Bella is a Behaviour Support Clinician with a background in Social Work. Bella has dedicated her career to supporting young people who are experiencing emotional and behavioural challenges.
Gordon is a Psychologist dedicated to helping people with a range of presentations. Gordon is completing his Masters in Health Psychology, and is fluent in Cantonese.
Estelle has extensive experience overseeing practice administrative processes and client care. Her warmth and motivation for high standards for service provision make her an essential part of the Engage team.
Kylie oversees the Engage Psychology payroll and accounts processes. Kylie has a background in business management and she enjoys the details of managing the administrative duties of a business. Her expertise is greatly valued and we enjoy smooth operations at Engage Psychology thanks to Kylie’s eye for detail, professionalism, and management skills.
Julia assists with the coordination of Engage Psychology’s administration and client care. In addition to a Bachelor of Business, Julia has extensive experience in customer service and strives to provide a seamless service to our clients.
